Accessibility and security
- Your temporary warehouse is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- All storage units are alarmed and connected to an emergency response service even outside our office hours.
- To access the self storage facility, you will need to deactivate the alarm using the access code set up when signing the contract, or access it through our app.
- Security cameras are installed in all shared areas of Maxicubo Self Storage.
- Panic buttons are located throughout the facility for immediate response from the external security service.
- Night-time checks are carried out by the security service.
Loading and unloading area
- The loading/unloading area provides two- and four-wheel trolleys, pallet trucks, and an electric forklift.
- All equipment, except the forklift, which must be used exclusively by our staff, is available to customers.
- We can also receive goods transported by large vehicles thanks to our spacious and exclusive parking area.
Climate-controlled area
- In our self storage facility, we have a small reserved area with two powerful air conditioners and several storage spaces ranging from 1 cubic meter to 9 cubic meters.
- All Lockers, our 1-cubic-meter mini storage units, are located inside the climate-controlled area.
- The storage units in the climate-controlled area are perfect for storing paintings, wine, and all delicate goods that require a lower and more constant temperature.
- Access to this section is also allowed 24/7, 7 days a week.
Contract flexibility
- 1 month, 3 months, 1 year: you decide the duration of the contract.
- Contracts are monthly with automatic renewal and the option to cancel the storage unit at any time by sending a simple email at least15 days before the expiry date.
- You can increase or decrease the space available to you by changing storage units immediately whenever you deem it appropriate, moving from a smaller warehouse to a larger storage space and vice versa.
- You can choose to add further temporary storage units in addition to the one you are already using, only for the period you need.
